Answer: The shade sails made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) material are not waterproof, which is focused on blocking UV rays and sunlight.

And the waterproof shade sail is made of Polyester with PU coating, anti-mildew/light rain, but can not block the rainstorm.

Question: How to make sure the shade sail size?

Answer: Mark the fixing points where the shade sail will be installed, then measure the distance between the fixing points.

The size of a shade sail for the shading effect is the distance between the fixing points minus 1.5ft (46cm), for installing shade sail hardware kits.

Question: How long does the shade sails can be used?

Answer: This product can be used for 5 years in normal weather conditions. Perfect for gardens, patios, swimming pools, bbq areas.

Question: Why does the edge of the product in image Looks like a curved?

Answer: Curved sides to enhance pull strength and prevent drooping will cause the shading area to shrink slightly. You can get more shading rates to install shade sails together for different sizes and colors.

Question: Is the shade sails with the Accessories?

Answer: Free giving 4 pieces of long durable ropes, but the stainless steel hardware kit needs to buy separately. Installation with hardware kit will be more convenient and stable.

Answer: The balcony privacy screen made with 100% 180 GSM new high density polyethylene(HDPE) material--no recycled materials used, more healthy and safe. Commercial solid fabric can achieve 90% blockage. Of course, the fabric is the same to shade sail, so it can be UV-resistant. 

Question: How is the ventilation with this privacy fence?

Answer: The airflow is fine, the HDPE screen not a solid fabric, breeze will come through.

Question: What is the spacing between each grommet?

Answer: 20 inches between grommets usually. ( except the custom products )

Question: Can the net of the camping hammock with mosquito net be removed?

Answer: No, the mosquito net can't be taken down, as one part is made with a hammock bed, the other side with a zipper, and you can just flip it over, and used it without a net.
